Plasma cutting

Excellent precision. Maximum reliability.

Choose the right air‑cooled plasma cutting torch for manual or automated cutting and gouging tasks. Developed for high‑quality cutting performance with excellent precision and maximum reliability, the Zeta plasma torches deliver consistent results across a wide range of applications.

Simple design an robust construction - built to withstand daily use.

The Zeta 60 and Zeta 100 plasma cutting torches are fixed‑mounted systems designed to ignite the plasma arc using compressed air. The construction is simple, robust, and built to withstand daily use - all while minimising downtime caused by maintenance or repairs.

Migatronic offers a wide range of wear and spare parts, including circle cutting devices, roller guides, and nozzles in multiple sizes to ensure consistently clean, accurate cuts.
The cutting capacity depends on the plate thickness: Zeta 60 makes quality cuts up to 12 mm, while Zeta 100 handles up to 25 mm. For dividing cuts where cut quality is not critical, the maximum plate thickness can be increased by up to 50%.

Precision cutting made simple.

Designed for high‑accuracy manual and automated plasma cutting in a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

Reliable ignition via compressed air.

Zeta plasma torches use fixed mounting and stable compressed‑air ignition, ensuring easy arc start‑up and consistent cutting performance.

Long-life wear parts.
Always.

With durable consumables and a wide selection of spare parts, including nozzles, roller guides and circle cutting accessories, the system ensures long service intervals and reduced downtime.

Cutting power that matches the task.

Zeta 60 cuts cleanly up to 12 mm; Zeta 100 up to 25 mm. For non‑critical dividing cuts, both units handle plate thicknesses up to 50% above their standard cutting capacity.
