MIG-A Twist® is designed to deliver maximum control and comfort in daily production. The turnable swan neck allows the welder to adjust the torch angle precisely to the task, reducing strain on wrists, shoulders, and back while improving accessibility in difficult welding positions.

The torch features a newly developed trigger with a soft bottom stop and changeover between short and long travel. At the top of the handle, different control modules can be mounted or replaced depending on specific needs:

• Module without control
• Module for stepless current adjustment
• Module with free choice of 2, 3, 4, or 7 sequences in fixed clicks
• Smart Torch Module with graphic display, enabling fine-tuning of welding parameters down to one amp — directly from the torch, without standing next to the welding machine

The range covers 150 to 550 amps and is available in both gas-cooled and water-cooled versions.

For aluminium welding, the TWIST 30° torches are specifically developed to ensure smooth and stable wire feeding. The 30° swan neck minimises friction, while the extremely wear-resistant Grilamid carbon liner reduces liner failures and replacement frequency — making aluminium welding more reliable and less risky.
