The MIG Push-Pull torch is engineered to deliver maximum control when welding soft wires such as aluminium. With synchronised push and pull motor technology, it ensures smooth, precise, and stable wire feeding, even across long cable lengths and during high-performance welding.
The torch is available in both gas-cooled and water-cooled versions, with the option of a straight or curved torch neck depending on the application. Selected models feature a Graphical Smart Torch module, enabling welders to adjust welding parameters directly from the handle for optimal efficiency and precision.
It is designed for heavy-duty aluminium production across:
The standard configuration supports 1.2 mm aluminium wire, and a wide range of wear parts makes it easy to adapt the torch to different materials and requirements.
The result: reduced downtime, high stability, and consistently excellent weld quality—even under demanding industrial conditions.
The synchronised push/pull motor system prevents wire deformation, birdnesting, and lateral movement inside the liner. This ensures a steady arc, fewer interruptions, and uniform weld quality, especially during long, continuous welding operations.
Models equipped with the Graphical Smart Torch module allow welders to adjust settings directly via the integrated display. Fine-tuning down to a single ampere is possible without returning to the machine, improving workflow efficiency and enabling precise control during complex welds.
The welding machine automatically detects the Push-Pull torch without required calibration or manual setup. Each torch is supplied with an optional pistol grip for improved ergonomics during long welds. The grip can be removed to increase accessibility in confined areas.
All Sigma Select machines manufactured since February 2021 support the Push-Pull torch.
With advanced wire feeding technology, intelligent parameter control, and industrial-grade durability, the MIG Push-Pull torch delivers maximum stability, reduced downtime, and consistently high welding performance.
