MIG-A Twist® - the new generation of welding
hoses
The design of MIG-A Twist® fits naturally in with Migatronic’s characteristic design of welding
machines and control panels.
Welding quality and user-friendliness will always be the focus parameters: the better welding tool, the better workmanship.

All MIG-A Twist® welding hoses are equipped with a patented Migatronic novelty that finishes with the disadvantages of the traditional turnable swan neck. There are no worn O-rings and no risk of leaks; still the free movability of the swan neck is
fully intact. MIG-A Twist® has turned the principles upside down: the handle is turned around the swan neck – rather than the other way round.

Correct working posture: turn the swan neck, not your hand
MIG-A Twist® is the optimal choice for varying welding positions.
Turn the swan neck (read: handle) to the desired position – this is easily done without tools.
Whichever welding angle you use, your working posture is always ergonomically correct. Aircooled torches can be turned up to 90° in both directions,
watercooled torches up to 45°. Both types are turned step-bystep at intervals of 15°.

A wide range of choice
MIG-A Twist® is available in not less than 60 different configurations covering every need,
watercooled or aircooled, ranging from 150 to 550 A. There is also a complete range gas nozzles,
swan necks, gas diffusers and liners.
MIG-A Twist® is equipped with a newly developed trigger with a soft bottom stop and changeover
between short and long travel. At the top of the handle it is possible to mount/remount
three different modules: a module without control, a module for stepless current adjustment, and
a module with a free choice of two, three, four or seven sequences in fixed clicks. The MIG-A Twist® can be configured according to your current need.
